As I near the end of this blogging experience for my Fall course, I reflected on the postings I created. While I felt all the postings were important, the most significant to me was the Google Earth postings. The information I shared about Google Earth Pro with my fellow readers, I felt, was important and they would immediately be able to benefit. The information about using Google Earth to highlight the Darfur crisis was timely as well, considering the fact that a majority of 7th grade Georgia educators begin studying that region in early December.
My colleagues' blogs have been filled with thought provoking posts as well. While our topics were on opposite ends of the educational scale, we all shared things that all could relate to. If anything, my colleagues' blogs allowed me to learn more about their content area specialty.
